It’s Your Turn to Turn Up the Heat during Our Summer of Action!

Our ethic of radical care and the deep connections we make with each other demand we take action on behalf of one another for health equity and to end HIV. Below are some ways to be the fire that helps forge a better future!

Raise Your Voice

You are your and our strongest advocates for health equity and justice. Here are some ways to be heard this November and beyond!

The voter registration deadline in North Carolina for the Nov. 5 general election is Oct. 11, 2024.

Don’t know your registration status?

Phone your legislators.

Calling your representatives and senators to let them know about issues that matter to you gets their attention far better than an email.

Don’t know who represents you?

Write letters to the editor and opinion editorials.

Join the public conversation by writing to newspaper, website, and magazine editors. If your piece gets published, it lets others who share your concerns know that they are not alone and together, something can be done. Never written a letter to the editor before?

Attend THP Events

Our events–from open houses to poetry slams–are rooted in the idea of community care and connection. Your attendance affirms that what we do is impactful and important to our community.

We hope to see you at these Summer events!
