THP provides health education, HIV/STI testing, risk reduction counseling, and linkage to medical care and treatment for nearly 2,000 individuals who tested positive for HIV or another STI.

As described by Sandra Boren, Vice President, Senior Program Officer for Cone Health Foundation, “THP holds an important place in the continuum of care for people struggling with an HIV diagnosis. THP staff is on the front line of client services and is responsible for ensuring that clients have access to the services and care they need. Their work directly impacts access to care for clients and many times they are the first responders when someone is diagnosed with HIV. That’s why Cone Health Foundation is proud to support the work of Triad Health Project.”
